Cherry blossoms - Meaning: Feminine power, strength, new beginnings
I like something similar to the one below where she has it on her side. If I were to do it I think I’d have it on the side and going onto my back. Just a thought.

Lotus flower/Water lilies - I like the symbolism of these flowers. They grow from the mud into something beautiful. It’s a symbol of hope, faith, and renewal. Just a few pictures:

I also like the thought of a white sparrow carrying a black arrow as kind of a tribute to the family members who have passed on. The idea for this one came from the Billy Talent song titled “White Sparrows” The lyrics go “White sparrows fell from heaven and carried her away. Black arrows cut the strings of my heart, I kneel and pray”

One last idea that I’ve had is something more personal for my dad. Not sure what I’d like for the main part of the tattoo, whether a cross or something more original. I’d like to add a line from the song “Fiction” by Avenged Sevenfold. It goes “I know you’ll find your own way when I’m not with you.” Kind of like my dad saying it to me. :)
